In the event your client enters into an agreement of sale at any of the builder communities you selected a commission will be paid to you/Broker. This "Realtor/Builder Client Form" protects you at the selected new home communities for a 90 day period. You have the option to extend this 90 day period by 30 day intervals. You will receive a copy (via email) of registration form and every new home community sales manager will contact you to acknowledge/confirm your client registration and discuss commission percentages and/or bonus programs.
